I opened Hello Coffee because I missed walking into a place where someone already knew my drink. So I built one. Retro furniture, real mugs, the kind of music you'd actually play at home.

We're not a chain. We're not a third place; we're a second place — somewhere between work and the couch you flop on at the end of the day. The kids do homework here. Strollers park between the tables. The Wi-Fi is fine. The pastries are better.
